***Awards***
I was awarded the coveted Century 21 Quality Service Producer Award on 3/8/08 for the year of 2007!!! This award comes from the Century 21 national company and is based on the number of clients that submit a customer satisfaction survey and the the ratings the customers gives the broker.
I was the only broker in our office to receive the Quality Service Award for 2007, which makes it all that more special.
Receiving the Quality Service Award allows me to demonstrate even further to my clients that my commitment and dedication to their satisfaction and peace of mind during the real estate transaction is real and taken very seriously.

I was informed at the end of January, 2009 that I have earned the Century 21 Quality Service Producer Award for the year of 2008!!!
***Charity***
Century 21 and our office participate and support Easter Seals. A donation is made to Easter Seals for every closed transaction.
***Community***
I was an Ambassador team member for the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce from 2004 until early 2008. As part of the Ambassador team, I was responsible for welcoming new members, recruiting new members and helping to retain existing members in the chamber. In 2006, the Fuquay-Varina Chamber honored me with the "Ambassador of the Quarter" award for 2nd quarter. They gave me the plaque at one of the Chamber's "Business After Hours" events. I was completely surprised and totally honored to receive it.
***Community***
Our office is heavily involved with the local communities. Aside from the generous contributions made to various local organizations and events, our office is a drop-off point for the local food pantry and holds a couple of food drives per year for the pantry.
